Description
The Town of Dartmouth is seeking bids for a garage renovation project at the Dartmouth Maintenance Garage. The project includes demolishing the existing garage structure, extending the original footprint, and renovating the building. The work includes concrete, carpentry, roofing, insulation, vinyl siding, doors, earthwork, paving, electrical, and heaters. The construction phase is expected to occur during the Spring and Summer of 2026, with a construction period of 240 calendar days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material (Payment) Bond.
• The project has an estimated construction cost of $800,000.
• Bidders must submit a bid deposit in the form of a certified, cashier's, or treasurer's check.
• The successful bidder will be required to commence work and complete the project in accordance with the dates set forth in the Bidding Documents.
• The Town of Dartmouth reserves the right to award or not award the project.
