Waterproofing & Repairs – Union Station Garage / DPF-FTA

The City of Worcester is seeking a prime contractor to perform extensive waterproofing and repair work on the Union Station Garage (225 Franklin St.). The scope includes installing a new sump pit and pump in the elevator shaft, repairing concrete and masonry, applying new waterproofing membranes, partial roof replacement, and revising sprinkler fire‑alarm and electrical systems. Five required subcontract trades (masonry, waterproofing, fire‑protection, plumbing, electrical) must be filed separately, and all bids must include the required certifications, bonds, and insurance.
