This solicitation concerns the interior remodel of the single entrance to the State of Colorado Capital Garage located at 1350 S. Lincoln Street, Denver. The work includes demolition of selected building elements, installation of new pipe and tube railings, hollow‑metal doors and frames, aluminum storefronts, door hardware, gypsum board assemblies, and comprehensive painting. The contractor must provide product submittals, shop drawings, samples, and a construction schedule, and will be responsible for warranties (minimum one‑year) and close‑out documentation.
