Budget estimate

$15,000,000 – $45,000,000

Based on the scope of work and the requirements of the RFP, it is estimated that the contract value will be in the range of $5 million to $15 million per year, for a total of $15 million to $45 million over the three-year contract period. This estimate is based on the assumption that the vendor will need to invest in infrastructure, personnel, and technology to support the PDMP program, and that the state will pay for the services provided. The actual contract value may be higher or lower, depending on the vendor's proposal and the state's negotiation.
