Celina 3.0 MGD Downtown WRF Improvements

The City of Celina is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the construction of the Celina 3.0 MGD Downtown WRF Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a headworks facility, influent pumping facility, aeration basin facilities, secondary clarification, and return activated sludge pumping facility. The project also includes tertiary filtration facilities, ultraviolet disinfection facilities, and an electrical distribution facility with a standby power generator unit. The successful firm will be required to submit a proposal guarantee bond in the amount of five percent of the total proposal. The project has an expected duration of 920 calendar days.
