Rigdon Center Concession and Restrooms Building

The Okaloosa County is seeking bids for the construction of a new concession and restrooms building at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Rigdon Center. The project includes the construction of a 3,000 square foot metal building, installation of ADA-compliant bathroom facilities, a functional concession stand, and two warming kitchens. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with existing site utilities and infrastructure.
