Description
The Macon Water Authority is seeking bids for the purchase of an All-Terrain Vehicle. The vehicle should have a 3 to 6 passenger capacity, 1-ton towing capacity, electrically selectable 2WD/4WD/dual-mode differential with diff lock, speed-sensitive Electric Power Steering (EPS) and tilt Steering, sun top, steel front bumper, under seat storage, and flip-up windshield. The bid documents are available on the Macon Water Authority website and the Georgia Procurement Registry website. Bids will be accepted until June 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET.
• The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid to other than the lowest bidder.
• The bidder must provide a manufacturer's statement of origin (MSO) free and clear of all liens and encumbrances for each piece of equipment.
• The equipment shall be ready to use upon delivery.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
