Description
The National Institutes of Health is seeking a maintenance agreement for a Thermo TSQ Altis liquid chromatography mass spectrometry system. The agreement will include unlimited repair visits, all replacement parts, all labor, one scheduled preventive maintenance visit per year, and a maximum on-site response time of seventy-two hours. The system supports biomedical research focused on diabetes, digestive diseases, kidney diseases, and metabolic disorders.
• The maintenance agreement will ensure system uptime and reliability, maintain calibration and analytical performance, provide preventive maintenance and repair services, minimize research downtime, and support NIDDK’s biomedical research mission.
• The agreement is expected to be multi-year.
• The system is used to measure trace levels of biological molecules in blood and tissue samples in support of federally funded research studies.
