Town Of Colchester Elevator Preventive Maintenance and Testing

The Town of Colchester is seeking proposals for Elevator Preventive Maintenance and Testing for four town buildings. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete the specified services. The agreement will be for a period of three years, with an annual adjustment in compensation to the contractor based on CPI-U, Northeast Urban, Class B/C (all items). The contractor must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the elevator service and maintenance industry and possess any required certifications or licenses. • The contractor will provide quarterly preventive maintenance services, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, inspecting motors and controllers, and performing minor adjustments. • The contractor will provide annual safety testing in accordance with applicable ANSI standards. • The contractor will provide emergency response services on a 24/7 basis. • The contractor will notify the owner of any deficiencies found during maintenance services. • The contractor will provide a written record of services performed at each location.
