Description
The Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids for the replacement of the roofing of the Ranger Station at Oleta River State Park. The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to replace the roofing per the contract documents. The contractor must also include Builder's Risk in the bid price. The project must be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable. The bid submission deadline is January 13, 2026.
• The project requires pre-qualification, and bidders must provide a copy of their biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction.
• The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• The project is subject to ADA requirements, and accommodations must be made for persons with disabilities.
• The contractor must utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to confirm the employment eligibility of all persons employed during the term of the contract.
