The State of California seeks a qualified business‑development consulting firm to provide matchmaking, market‑entry analysis, and on‑site support for up to six California exporters participating in the DSEI Germany 2027 trade show. The consultant will conduct pre‑event webinars, intake calls, high‑level market analyses, arrange a minimum of four meetings per exporter, manage schedules during the event, and deliver post‑event debrief reports. The work spans from contract award in early October 2026 through the event period ending March 2027, with payments made on a per‑company basis.
• Provide pre‑event market‑fit webinars, intake calls, and tailored EU defence‑sector analyses for each exporter.
