Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified contractor to replace two existing pergolas at the Hudlow Tennis Center in Best Friend Park. The work includes demolition and removal of the existing structures, disposal of debris, supply and installation of new double‑beam supports, joists, hurricane ties and brackets, painting, and final site cleanup. All work must be performed within the County’s standard hours and the site will remain closed to the public during construction. The contractor must provide a lump‑sum price covering labor, materials, disposal, travel, and any related costs, and must submit the required documentation (quote schedule, references, non‑collusion certification, and signed addendum).
• Demolition of existing pergolas, removal of all debris in compliance with EPA regulations.
• Supply and installation of new 2” × 10” × 24’ double beams, 42 joists, hurricane ties, brackets, and related hardware.
• Painting, finishing, and one‑year warranty on labor and materials; daily site safety and cleanliness required.
