Description
The United States Air Force intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Veolia Es Technical Solutions for the incineration of SAP IT equipment. The equipment must be destroyed in accordance with the Department of the Air Force's Special Access Programs (SAP) I.T. Sanitization Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 2021. The destruction process requires a two-person team with appropriate clearance, and the facility must have specialized thermal destruction capabilities, security infrastructure, and operational flexibility.
• The contract requires the destruction of SAP IT equipment in a secure and controlled environment.
• The facility must have the capability to reach and maintain extreme temperatures to achieve the required post-burn particle size.
• The contract also requires the provision of secure viewing platforms for designated AETC Advanced Programs Division personnel.
• The facility must be EPA- and TCEQ-permitted and offer superior administrative agility and prompt scheduling.
