Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase ten Sapphire Multi-Therapy Infusion Pump kits with accessories for the Togus VA Medical Center. The pumps will be used by the Fire Department emergency Ambulance service Paramedics for specialty care transports of high acuity patients. The goal is to implement an integrated system that allows for multiple medications to be infused during transport. Interested parties are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought notice, which should include a brief capability statement and information about their company's qualifications and experience.
• The contract will require the purchase of 10 Sapphire Multi-Therapy Infusion Pump kits with accessories.
• The pumps will be used for prehospital patient transports.
• The contract will include training for VA Maine Togus Fire Department EMS providers and Biomed staff on the use and maintenance of the infusion pumps.
• The contract will also include the purchase of vented and non-vented needless administration cassettes.
