The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Military Affairs, is seeking bids for the renovation of the Russellville Armory. The project includes renovations of existing restrooms and showers, classrooms, office spaces, storage, personnel lockers, new office and IT spaces, and food service area. The work also includes replacement of existing HVAC units, storm and sanitary sewer piping, and obsolete lighting fixtures. • The project is approximately 16,400 SF. • The site visit will be held on 8/12/2026 at 10:00 A.M. Central Time. • Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system. • The bid closing date is 08/27/2026. • The project requires registration in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System.
