Description
The Hemlock Public School District is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of one or two indoor motorized batting cages at the Hemlock Public School District Fieldhouse. The project includes the installation of stainless steel framing, 120 Hz motor, baseball/softball netting, pipe reinforced net bottoms, key switch or remote control on/off, and equipment such as L-screens and pitching machines. The contractor will be required to work with the district to determine the optimal project schedule and complete the installation by February 28, 2026.
• The proposal should include a total base bid lump sum fee to supply and install one or two indoor motorized batting cages with added equipment.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, professional liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and municipal equal opportunity and non-discrimination guidelines and regulations.
• The district reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid that serves the district's interest.
