SOLE SOURCE: NGS Atomic Clock Products Evaluation

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to Saint Louis University for the evaluation of atomic clock products. The project requires specialized expertise in GNSS data processing, clock analysis, and optimal estimation techniques. Saint Louis University has already developed a prototype framework for this project and has established a dedicated GNSS station and testing environment.
