Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier for the BioPlex 2200 system for HIV and Syphilis-STD testing. The solicitation is open for bidding, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization and professional licenses. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved through non-binding alternative dispute resolution.
