Natural Gas Supply ITB

The Department of Management Services is seeking a vendor to provide natural gas supply, transportation, and delivery services to the State of Florida. The vendor will be responsible for managing the Department's Firm Transportation Service (FTS) Agreements with Florida Gas Transmission (FGT). The contract will have a term as specified in the Draft Term Contract. The Department intends to make a statewide award to one bidder or to make no award, as determined to be in the best interest of the State. • The vendor must provide commodities and/or contractual services as described in Attachment A, Scope of Work. • The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions described in the solicitation. • The vendor must submit a completed Attachment B, Mandatory Responsive Requirements, and a completed Attachment C, Firm Markup Sheet. • The vendor must provide a completed Attachment I, Principal Place of Business Letter. • The vendor must comply with the Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code.
