Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Aggregate AS-1 Shoulder Rock for locations in Osborne County and Norton County. The contract term will be from the date of award through May 1, 2030. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver the aggregate. All materials shall comply with KDOT 2015 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Division 1100, Section 1113.
• The approximate quantity for Osborne County is 1,500 tons, and for Norton County is 2,000 tons.
• Delivery must be coordinated with the D3 A4 Superintendent, and the contractor shall provide adequate notice prior to delivery to ensure site readiness.
• Pricing must include all costs, including material, loading, transportation, fuel surcharges, and delivery coordination.
