Richland Library, Northeast Drainage Project

Richland County Public Library seeks qualified contractors to excavate and reconfigure an existing storm‑water drainage ditch on library property. The ditch measures roughly 250 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 2 feet deep. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline, and the library may negotiate with any eligible offeror after opening.
