Description
The Grand Blanc Community School District is seeking bids for the labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the Brendel Elementary & High School East Paving Renovations. The project involves paving renovations at two locations: 223 Bush Street and 12500 Holly Rd, both in Grand Blanc, MI. The bidding documents, including plans and specs, can be downloaded from Pipeline Suites or reviewed at the offices of the George W. Auch Co. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 3rd, 2026, at 2:30 PM, followed by site walk-throughs. Bids must be submitted by March 11th, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
• The project requires a bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal.
• Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
• The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein.
