Description
The Palm Beach County is seeking a contractor to provide offshore buoy inspection, maintenance, and repair services. The contractor will be responsible for completing the required work, and the county has provided instructions on completing subcontractor/subconsultant schedules. The contractor must complete and submit the required schedules, including Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3, and Schedule 3(a), as well as Schedule 4 for payment requests. The contractor must also ensure that all subcontractors and subconsultants are properly certified and that the required information is submitted with each payment request.
• The contractor must complete Schedule 1, which includes company information, contact person, and dollar amount or percentage of work.
• The contractor must complete Schedule 2, which includes detailed information about the work to be performed, dollar amount or percentage of work, and line item numbers.
• The contractor must complete Schedule 3, which includes subcontracting information, total contracted amount, and payment information.
• The contractor must complete Schedule 3(a), which includes project information, contract amounts, and pay application number.
• The contractor must complete Schedule 4, which includes payment information, subcontractor/subconsultant name, and payment amount.
