50 Nye Road Parking Lot Improvements- Light Poles and Fixtures Installation

The Town of Glastonbury is seeking bids for the installation of exterior parking lot illumination light poles and fixtures at 50 Nye Road in Glastonbury. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. The project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of CT General Statutes Section 31-53. • The bidder must provide a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. • The bidder must submit their bid through a secure e-Procurement portal. • The project involves the reconstruction of a new parking lot performed by Town of Glastonbury personnel.
