7140 City Hall Plaza Renovations Phase 1 & 2

The City of Boston, Public Facilities Department, is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) for the City Hall Plaza Renovations Phase 1 & 2 project. The project has a construction estimate of $27,500,000.00 and includes repairs and improvements to the South Plaza, Congress St stairs, lower-level MEP spaces, and garage. The scope of work includes masonry, miscellaneous and ornamental iron, waterproofing, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
