The Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office is seeking a qualified contractor to provide residential septic‑tank pumping, baffle‑filter inspection/cleaning/replacement, and waste‑water disposal for homes in the Forest Lake Chapter. Work must begin after receipt of a Notice‑to‑Proceed and be fully completed by 31 December 2026. Bidders must submit sealed proposals by the deadline, include required certifications, and be prepared to furnish performance and payment bonds as well as insurance coverage.
• Full septic‑tank emptying, cleaning, and baffle‑filter service for all residential units in the chapter.
• Transport of all waste to an approved treatment facility with manifest documentation.
• Submission of a detailed maintenance‑service report, photos, and any recommendations after each service.
• Compliance with Navajo Nation licensing, insurance, bonding, and labor‑preference requirements; priority given to Navajo‑certified firms.
