Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh seeks a vendor to design, supply, install, and operate a full‑service parcel locker system across up to ten residential properties. The contractor will provide hardware (lockers, control panels, mounting equipment), software for package tracking and resident notifications, ongoing maintenance, and a 24/7 support structure. The contract is an all‑inclusive three‑year lease with two optional one‑year extensions. Vendors must handle Wi‑Fi connectivity at each site, provide ADA‑compliant units, and support carrier integration (Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Deliver fully installed locker systems (indoor/outdoor) sized per property, with software integration and remote monitoring.
• Provide tier‑1 phone support for residents, on‑site service during business hours, and yearly preventive inspections.
• Supply Wi‑Fi/network connectivity, ensure ADA compliance, and manage carrier onboarding; optional extensions and escalation pricing to be detailed on the fee sheet.
