Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity, is seeking bids for the procurement of three new trailers, including gooseneck, utility, and equipment trailers, along with accessories such as straps, chains, and ratchet binders. The trailers will be delivered to various locations in Hawaii, including Molokai, Oahu, and the Big Island. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and the award is subject to the availability of funds. The successful bidder will be required to provide a warranty for the equipment and to deliver the trailers by November 30, 2026.

The bidder shall provide copies of the owner-operator manual and service/repair manual for each type of trailer and attachment at the time of delivery.
