DIR RFP 17356 for Labor Enforcement Task Force/Public Works (LETF/PW) Phase 2 and M&O Services

The Department of Industrial Relations is seeking a systems integrator contractor to provide Phase 2 functionality and M&O services for the Labor Enforcement Task Force/Public Works (LETF/PW) project. The project aims to enhance business capability, support day-to-day operations, and enable data sharing between business units. The contractor will be responsible for delivering both implementation and M&O services, including technical architecture review, testing, and deployment. The project will utilize ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and Google Cloud Platform services. • The contractor will work collaboratively with the DIR project team and platform vendors to perform a comprehensive technical architecture, configuration, customization, interface, and data migration activities review. • The contractor will leverage out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities of the ServiceNow and Google Cloud platforms to deliver functional and non-functional requirements. • The contractor will follow DIR architectural change controls and architecture review processes and obtain approvals before performing any customization during all phases of the project implementation. • The development of deliverables will be organized as parallel workstreams to ensure all components are delivered within the timeline outlined above. • The contractor will organize development for each workstream into each business functional area application—Public Works, Prevailing Wage, and LETF—in alignment with and for the fulfillment of the agreed-upon deliverable expectations and timelines specified in the contract.
