The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a commercial printer to produce 367,410 copies of Publication 3498‑A (The Examination Process), an 8‑page, tri‑folded pamphlet, and ship the completed cartons to multiple IRS distribution sites in Texas, Utah and Illinois. The contractor must adhere to IRS‑specified packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements, provide an electronic PDF proof, and submit daily Form 2040 shipping reports. The award will be a small‑purchase RFQ with a quote deadline of May 6, 2026 and final shipment required by May 30, 2026.
• Print 8‑page, black‑ink, newsprint (JCP A15, 28 lb) pamphlets, c‑fold to 8½ × 3 ⅔ in.
• Package 900 pamphlets per container (≤ 32 lb), palletize per IRS Publication 4803, and include 200 “random” copies on blue‑label cartons at no extra charge.
• Ship to five distribution points (Austin, TX; Ogden, UT; Bloomington, IL; plus small “Ogden Campus” parcels) with daily electronic Form 2040 notifications and bar‑coded labels.
