Description
The Hays County Civil Service Commission is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive promotional testing and assessments for various ranks within the Hays County Sheriff’s Office. The chosen vendor will work with the Sheriff Office’s Board of Examiners to develop, validate, administer, and score the examinations and assessment centers to evaluate candidates for various ranks within the Office. Key services include:
• Written examinations for each rank
• Assessment centers for each rank
• Analysis of test results and provision of final results and feedback reports to candidates
• Development of promotional examination announcements and administration of the examination process
The vendor must have experience in the requested services and be able to assist the Sheriff’s Office and Civil Service Commission with providing a written examination and an assessment center for the identified ranks.
