Rebid Security Windows - Three Rivers Transit

Ben Franklin Transit is seeking a qualified contractor to remove the existing walk-up service window and lobby service counter glazing systems and install new bullet-resistant glazing and panel systems at the Three Rivers Transit facility in Kennewick, Washington. The selected contractor shall be responsible for complete installation and integration of both the new systems, including any required demolition, disposal, framing modifications, finishes, and related work necessary for a fully functional installation. Key aspects of the project include: • Demolition and removal of existing storefront glazing and framing • Installation of bullet-resistant glazing systems with minimum UL 752 Level 3 rating • Provision of voice ports, transaction openings, and stainless steel recessed deal trays • Coordination with local authorities and obtaining required permits • Compliance with federal, Washington State, and local laws, codes, regulations, and permitting requirements The project requires the contractor to have experience in similar services, a current Washington State certificate of registration, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
