USNS CITY OF BISMARCK (T-EPF 9) VRA

The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to perform a Voyage Repair Availability (VRA) for the USNS CITY OF BISMARCK (T-EPF 9). The VRA is tentatively scheduled from 20-31 July 2026 and will be performed at a contractor shipyard in Nata, Japan. To be eligible for award, the offeror must have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov) and be authorized to do business in the country of performance.
