CH-53K Integrated Inter-Communications System (ICS) Upgrades

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order to Sikorsky, A Lockheed Martin Company, for the non-recurring efforts required to implement the productionized version of the upgraded Inter-Communication System (ICS) for the CH-53K. • The contract action is being solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. • Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Jason Lockwood, Sikorsky Subcontracting Manager. • The proposed contract is for the implementation of the productionized version of the upgraded ICS.
