Furnish Used Forklifts

The Onondaga County Department of Facilities Management is seeking to purchase two (2) used forklifts. The forklifts should be delivered to the specified location. The bidder should provide a properly completed and executed Bid Form with Certification, Non-Collusion Certification, Certification of no Conflict of Interest or Detrimental Effect, Iranian Divestment Certification, and Prevention of Sexual Harassment Certification. The bidder should also provide a completed Form W-9 and any other required documents. • The forklifts should be used and in good condition. • The bidder should provide a warranty for the forklifts. • The bidder should provide insurance coverage for the forklifts. • The bidder should comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder should provide a certificate of insurance evidencing compliance with the insurance procurement requirements. • The bidder should provide a written policy addressing sexual harassment prevention in the workplace. • The bidder should provide annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees.
