The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified design‑consultant firm to lead the planning, community outreach, permitting, and construction‑document preparation for the new Greenville Loop Road Park, a roughly 25‑acre municipal park delivered under a CMAR‑GMP delivery method. The consultant will refine the project scope, develop conceptual to construction‑ready designs, coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies, and support the bidding process.
• Scope includes site analysis, three public outreach meetings, conceptual, design‑development, and construction‑document packages (30/60/90 % reviews).
• Responsibilities also cover permitting, bid assistance, coordination with the Construction‑Manager‑At‑Risk, and delivery of as‑built record drawings.
• The project budget is about $10 million; consultant compensation will be negotiated and is not a factor in award, which will be based on qualifications and experience.
