Description
The Santa Clarita Valley School Food Services Agency (SCVSFSA) is seeking a vendor to supply a broad range of paper consumables, disposable food‑service containers, cleaning chemicals, and related products for its K‑12 school districts. The contract is a fixed‑price, unit‑price agreement with delivery to a single warehouse in Santa Clarita, twice weekly, FOB‑destination (all freight, unloading, and placement included). Vendors must provide firm unit prices on the agency’s quotation sheet, meet insurance and safety data‑sheet requirements, and be able to furnish sample cases on short notice. The award will be made in late May 2026 with a one‑year contract term starting July 1 2026 and an option for two additional one‑year renewals.
• Supplies include disposable paper items (napkins, trays, bags), cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, and disposable gloves.
• Delivery must occur Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 a.m.–12 p.m., to 25210 Anza Drive, Santa Clarita, CA 91355, with the vendor responsible for unloading and product placement.
• Evaluation criteria are weighted 35 % cost, 30 % service capability, 25 % customer service & references, and 10 % operational sustainability; all required documents and certifications must be submitted via Secure Bids.
