RFQ CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES

Lancaster Independent School District is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services for the District's current and future Bond Program. The CMAR will collaborate with the District, Architect/Engineer, and other stakeholders to plan, budget, phase, construct, and deliver projects while minimizing disruption to District operations. The selected firm will be responsible for budget development, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, and phasing plans. The firm will also provide construction supervision, quality control, safety management, and schedule maintenance. • The Bond Program includes projects such as campus renovations, roofing replacements, HVAC upgrades, athletic facility improvements, and safety and security enhancements. • The CMAR firm will be selected based on demonstrated competence, qualifications, past performance, safety record, financial stability, and other criteria. • The contract will be awarded for a period of time, with the option for renewal. • The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
