Soccer Field Turf Renovation Projects

The City of Roseville is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate natural turf grass sports fields. The project includes demolition, ground preparation, off-hauling spoils and old turf, soil amendments, tilling, grading, and laying new large roll sod. The contractor will also repair any irrigation damaged during work and perform a system check. The City is requesting a Rhizomatous Fescue/Bluegrass blend grass variety or approved equal. The project will commence in the fall of 2026 and must be completed by the end of the growing season. • The project includes two soccer fields, located at Hughes Park and Lockridge Park. • The contractor will provide a detailed scope of work plan, including methods and specifications for the renovation. • The contractor will include a per square foot cost in the proposal. • The City will provide construction fencing for the project. • The contractor will be required to execute a City-prepared contract. • The contract may be terminated by the City at the end of any fiscal year without further liability.
