Description
The City of St. Marys is seeking an Independent Project Facilitator to guide a structured stakeholder process regarding the future use, preservation, and stewardship of Orange Hall, a historically significant property. The facilitator will manage the process and deliberations, but will not determine outcomes or exercise decision-making authority. The scope of services includes project initiation and planning, agenda development and meeting facilitation, shared goals and evaluation framework, option development and deliberation support, and documentation and reporting. The city is looking for a facilitator with proven experience in facilitating boards, committees, or multi-stakeholder groups, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
