Description
The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential demolition work. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing the property at 2625 Marquette. The vendor must be pre-qualified for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work under the Office of Contracting & Procurement. The vendor will be subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements of their pre-qualification and the "CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025".
• The vendor must use backfill material from a Category 2 source approved on the City of Detroit Backfill platform.
• The vendor must commence demolition within the timeframe stipulated in the applicable Scope of Services.
• The vendor will be disqualified if they are subject to disciplinary action under the Discipline Policy or if they have not commenced demolition within the stipulated timeframe for any assigned site.
