2026 Model Year Light Duty Truck Ford F150 XL hybrid or equivalent

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the provision of 2026 Model Year Light Duty Trucks, specifically Ford F150 XL hybrid or equivalent. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with an option to renew for one annual period. Bidders must be franchised dealers for the manufacturer's vehicle being bid and must be able to provide documentation upon request. The vehicles supplied must be new and the latest production model equipped with all standard equipment as advertised by the manufacturer. • The contract term will begin upon award and end on September 30, 2026. • The State of Iowa reserves the right to extend the contract for up to one annual period. • The State will allow the successful bidder(s) to sell units to other governmental entities located in states bordering Iowa at the contracted prices. • The bidder must pay an administrative fee of $100.00 on all sales made against this contract. • The State requires shipping to be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid.
