Cornerstone Initiative CS-26-1501: Quad Cities Cartridge Case Facility (QCCCF)

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) is seeking a contractor to operate the Quad Cities Cartridge Case Facility (QCCCF). The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the facility, ensuring safety and security, and proposing novel and creative work to be performed in the facility for both DoD and commercial requirements. The contractor must be a member of the Cornerstone Consortium and have an active registration in SAM.gov. Some key points to consider: • The contractor will operate the QCCCF and perform all required maintenance, safety, and security measures. • The contractor will propose new work to be performed in the facility, which must be prototyped and verified before inclusion in the work portfolio. • The contractor must be a member of the Cornerstone Consortium and have an active registration in SAM.gov. • The contractor must have a favorable status in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information Systems. • The CIR will be restricted to Cornerstone Consortium members only.
