BID NOTICE: 2026 STRUCTURE DEMOLITION AND SITE RESTORATION

The City of Minot is seeking a contractor for the 2026 Structure Demolition and Site Restoration Project. The project involves demolishing structures at approximately 14 properties, basement excavation, and site restoration. The project is being funded in part with CDBG-DR funds, and the bidder will be required to comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. The City of Minot encourages maximum participation by qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs). • The project requires a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid and a contractor's license. • The successful bidder will be required to sign the contract and furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of the total bid. • The project is subject to liquidated damages as stated in the bidding documents. • Bidding documents may be viewed at the CDM Smith Disaster Recovery Office or Minot's Builder's Exchange.
