Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in Alaska. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining improved, semi-improved, and unimproved grounds, as well as providing snow and ice removal services during snow events. The contract will be for a period of 4 years, with options for additional years. The contractor will need to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work.
• Maintaining improved, semi-improved, and unimproved grounds
• Providing snow and ice removal services during snow events
• Maintaining surface drainage ditches
• Providing over and above work as needed
• Complying with all applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards
