Description
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking bids to refresh its on-premises data storage. The selected bidder will provide on-premises data storage arrays to support VMWare workloads across three data centers in Boston, Chelsea, and Springfield. The storage arrays must have a sustained transaction response time of less than 5ms, a minimum of 250TiB usable storage capacity, and a minimum of 8 x 64GB FC ports and 4 x 100Gb replication ports. The bidder must also provide basic installation services to be completed by June 30, 2026.
• The storage arrays must be delivered within 30 days of purchase order issuance.
• The bidder must provide maintenance and support services for a minimum of three years.
• The bidder must provide a detailed description of warranty terms and any plans for post-warranty maintenance and support.
• The bidder must comply with the Enterprise Information Security Standards and Policies.
• The bidder must provide information on its data classification and handling practices.
