Description
The Town of Orange is seeking a consultant to manage public bidding and provide construction oversight for the Wheeler Memorial Library Roof Replacement Project. The project involves repairing and replacing the roof of the Wheeler Memorial Library, including removal and replacement of existing roof materials, installation of new roofing systems, and repointing of chimneys. The consultant will be responsible for preparing final bid documents, conducting a pre-bid meeting, responding to bidder's questions, and issuing addenda as required. The consultant will also participate in the construction process, review shop drawings and pay requisitions, and ensure that all necessary permits have been obtained. The fixed fee for the scope of services is $54,390.
