Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) Improvements and Development

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the development, production, manufacturing, testing, preparation, and delivery of unique expendable infrared countermeasure (IRCM) decoys and associated documentation. The Technology Application Program Office (TAPO) is seeking information from vendors who have the necessary resources, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities to satisfy agency requirements for improvements and developmental projects for unique expendable IRCM decoys.
