Description
The University of Mississippi is seeking bids for the construction of the Field Station House. The project involves the construction of a field station house, and bidders must submit their bids on the form furnished by the architect. A pre-bid conference will be held on June 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Large Conference Room of the John W. White Facilities Management Building. Bid documents are available digitally and in original paper copy, and plan holders must register and order bid documents at http://www.universityofmsprojects.com/. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids submitted.
• The bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual.
• Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the architect and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to the University of Mississippi.
• The bid envelope must contain the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00.
• Envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed as specified in the document.
