STX)-2026-013 Addendum 1 (Roof Assessment and Repairs at Gordon A Finch Molasses Pier, St. Croix, USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking proposals for the assessment and repair of roof leaks at the Gordon A Finch Molasses Pier in St. Croix, USVI. The project involves assessing active roof leaks and providing labor, tools, and equipment to perform authorized roof leak repairs. The facility consists of a 19,000 square foot building with a five-bay warehouse and an attached administrative office building. The roof system covers approximately 22,000 square feet, including canopy and gutter systems. • The successful respondent will be required to comply with all airport security requirements and access restricted areas of the buildings or airfield. • The respondent will be required to display identification badges issued by the Authority while on duty. • The respondent will be required to provide a badge application signed by the certifying official of the successful respondent. • The respondent will be required to conform to all applicable aviation security procedures regarding the issue, wearing, replacement, and return of personal identification badges. • The respondent will be required to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to perform all authorized roof leak repairs.
